Hi there, and welcome to my very first blog post! I think it would be best to have my first post be about me, so my clients and future clients can get to know me. My name is Tara Etling and I was born and raised in Orange County. I lived in Reno for a while but needed the sun back in my life so I moved to Arizona in 2019. I have been married for almost 20 years now to the absolute LOVE of my life, and we have three beautiful daughters, Sage, Savannah, and Scarlett. I also have two adorable pups, Coconut and Sophie.
I have been in the beauty industry for 8 years now, focusing on lashes for 7 and brows for 5. I had always wanted to become an esthetician but did not want to pursue it because I did not think it would make enough to support my family. My husband was the one who actually told me that if I love what I do the money will follow, and so I began my journey. I never thought I would end up who I am today, training, and being so passionate about what I do. Lashing and Micro-blading is truly an art form. David Zhang is my inspiration for Micro-blading. Zhang’s skill and expertise, plus passion are unparalleled and I have been so fortunate to have trained under him.
My favorite thing in the world, other than my job of course is tennis! I have been playing since I was 8, and have been competitive in my younger years playing in the USTA. I hope one day I can retire like those old ladies that play at the tennis club all day.
A few random facts about me are
that I love sushi, the Bachelor is my favorite show, and the coolest places that I have been would be Hawaii, Paris, and the Bahamas! I hope one day to get to go back when all this craziness in the world has calmed down.
